The Ballroom Study and Social Collective is a space for dancers who want to move beyond basic steps and really dig into the mechanics of ballroom. Whether you are working on your frame, refining your footwork, or trying to understand the nuances of lead and follow, this is a place to break things down. We are not a formal class, but rather a community of peers who enjoy sharing what we have learned and helping one another improve through focused practice and honest feedback.
We keep things low-key and supportive, prioritizing shared learning over perfection. After spending some time on technique, we always make sure to open the floor for social dancing so we can apply what we have been working on in a relaxed setting. If you are looking for a group where you can ask questions, get a bit nerdy about dance technique, and meet others who are equally dedicated to their craft, we would love to have you join us at our next session.
