Let's wine, dine, and talk Agile!

Calling all Agilists... new and experienced!

Whether you call it Lean, Agile, Scrum, XP, Kanban, Scrumban, or any number of other names, many of us have discovered a new way of developing software (and other valuable endeavors) that can dramatically improve our productivity and our joy at work.

Why a potluck? Why not something "easier" to attend like Lean Coffee?

Because attending Lean Coffee is too "easy." You can forge a deeper connection with someone when you've invested more in meeting them (just ask anyone who goes to Burning Man...).

I have a home in the Dogpatch that seats 8-10 for dinner. I'd like to open it up to a diverse group of passionate Agilists for socializing, networking, and thoughtful problem solving over dinner and a glass of wine (or whiskey).

I am a Paleo chef. I will likely sous-vide a protein (e.g., beef, chicken, fish, etc.) to build a meal around. There will probably be leftovers to take home.

Please spread the word and help us grow! This is a new Meetup, so I hope it will continue to expand into other homes and forums. In the meantime, we'll inspect and adapt. If you'd like to volunteer your home, please send me a message.

Note: I have a very well-behaved pit bull named Ika. She is a total sweetheart. If you have a fear of dogs I can put her away for the dinner, but the only help I can provide for allergies is a dose of Claritin. She doesn't shed much... :3
