Welcome to anyone who is interested in their breathing! We are an online group hosting events on a variety of breathing techniques for health and wellbeing.
Our sessions include guided breathing exercises, some breathing theory, and time for Q&A. We offer a number of breathing techniques including Coherence/Resonance breathing, Buteyko Breathing, mindful breathing, diaphragmatic and box breathing.
Our sessions are open to everyone from complete beginners to experienced practitioners, so if you are interested in improving your wellbeing, then please come and join us for one of our sessions!
