About us
Welcome to a dedicated sanctuary built exclusively for the unsung heroes of our community: family caregivers.
Navigating the journey of cognitive decline and dementia care at home can feel deeply isolating, overwhelming, and exhausting. You do not have to walk this path alone. This group is a safe, compassionate, and judgement-free space designed to offer true emotional support, shared wisdom, and clinical peace of mind for family caregivers across Pennsylvania.
Founded by a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) and Licensed Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) with over 20 years of dedicated frontline caregiving experience, our gatherings are focused entirely on supporting the caregiver. Together, we will share our stories, decode challenging behaviors, celebrate the small victories, and learn practical strategies to combat severe burnout without sacrificing our own personal well-being.
Who Should Join?
*Family members caring for a loved one with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or cognitive decline.
*Anyone feeling overwhelmed by the daily demands of live-in or long-distance caregiving.
*Those looking for an empathetic community that truly understands the unique emotional and physical toll of caregiving.
Whether you are looking for practical caregiving tips or simply need a safe space to drink a cup of coffee and connect with people who truly "get it," you are welcome here. Let’s find the right direction, strength, and community for your family, together.
****Our community operates on a modest $5 monthly membership fee, which kicks off after a 14-day free trial. Your contribution ensures that this group remains a dedicated, professional sanctuary for family caregivers and directly allows me to keep our specialized training workshops affordable and accessible for everyone in our circle.****
