The Center for Conscious Connection
Workshops & experiences for deeper presence, safer intimacy, and more fulfilling relationships
Looking for a space to explore connection, communication, and boundaries in a grounded, embodied way?
The Center for Conscious Connection offers guided workshops, discussions, and experiential practices designed to help you build more authentic relationships with yourself and with others. Whether you're single, partnered, polyamorous, exploring, or just curious about deepening your capacity for presence and relational skill, you're welcome here.
Our events are trauma-informed, consent-centered, and intentionally inclusive of all genders, orientations, and relationship styles. All practices are done fully-clothed, and all touch is non-sexual in nature, though many exercises can support more satisfying experiences in your personal intimate life.
We draw from modalities like:
-The Wheel of Consent®
-Nonviolent Communication® (NVC)
-Somatic awareness & nervous system regulation
-Authentic Relating®
-Conscious touch (non-sexual)
-Personal boundary development
-Yoga and breathwork
Each event is designed to help you:
-Tune into your body’s wisdom and emotional cues
-Practice clear, empowered consent and boundary-setting
-Build communication skills for deeper connection
-Explore safe, nourishing touch and presence-based relating
-Create space for vulnerability, self-expression, and care
Whether you're just beginning your journey into conscious connection or seeking a like-hearted community to grow with, we invite you to join us.
Come as you are. Breathe. Connect. Belong.
