The Push and Pull of Attachment Styles: Anxious and Avoidant in Action
Feel the anxious and avoidant cycle in your body and learn how to shift it.
Attachment styles shape how we seek closeness and how we handle distance. When anxious and avoidant dynamics play out between people, a repeating dance of pursuit and withdrawal often emerges. This dance can feel addictive, pulling people back together even after painful moments of disconnection.
In this experiential workshop, you will step directly into the anxious and avoidant cycle to feel it in your body. You will discover what triggers the addictive flip, practice interrupting the pattern with clarity, and learn new ways of creating safe and steady connection. Whether you want to better understand yourself, your relationships, or the clients you support, this workshop offers embodied insight and practical tools for shifting attachment patterns.
If possible, please purchase a ticket in advance HERE. Donations will be accepted at the door as well, but it helps us to plan if we know you are attending in advance.
This workshop is led by Robyn Bragg, a relationship and embodied intimacy coach who creates grounded and sacred space for people to grow more fulfilling relationships rooted in trust and communication. Robyn believes that personal growth, presence, and a sense of humor are essential tools for navigating love and connection.
She also offers connection circles and coaching both online and in person. To stay updated on future offerings or to explore volunteer opportunities, be sure to connect with Robyn or join her mailing list.
