About us
I started The Cheese Tasting Social Circle because some of my favorite conversations have happened around a table with good cheese, a little bread, and nowhere else we needed to be. This is a relaxed group for anyone who enjoys trying new cheeses, sharing a few favorites, and meeting people without the pressure of a formal event. You don’t need to know anything about cheese beyond whether you like what’s on your plate.
We’ll get together for casual tastings at local spots, homes, parks, and anywhere else that suits the occasion. Sometimes we might build the evening around a theme, like soft cheeses or a particular region, and sometimes we’ll just see what everyone brings. I’m hoping this becomes a friendly, easygoing circle where regulars and newcomers both feel welcome. Bring your curiosity, a little appetite, and if you’d like, something tasty to share.
