Intuition is your direct line to the divine. Everyone is born with all five intuitive channels. These intuitive channels known as the 5 clair’s are the direct ways your angels communicate with you.
Receiving angel messages through your physical and psychic senses is natural, however these God given channels can get clogged with fears, trauma and negative programming.

My childhood was riddled with stress, poverty and trauma causing my natural gifts to shut down. After my fathers tragic death, I spent decades trying to find peace and to understand why this trauma had occurred. I was led step by step to reclaim my intuitive gifts, through my own initiations including going to the psych hospital and the dark night of the soul that followed, where I felt lost, confused and ashamed. Unprocessed grief and PTSD had turned my intuition way down. Battling heavy emotions, self medicating and simply not trusting the messages I was receiving was all static on the channels.

I have been in the healing arts field for over 27 years as a massage therapist, yoga teacher, energy healer and published author. My passion for energy medicine and healing trauma led me to the angels and my natural gifts blossomed. I now help my clients and students trust and receive clear angel messages through their intuitive channels, releasing any fears of their power and self-healing abilities.

In my debut book Four Practices to Heal your Pain with Angel Love in Practice 4: Receive and Trust your intuition I share my personal story, “From Trauma to Trust”, where I share about my brother's traumatic car accident and recovery. I know firsthand how trauma can block your intuition and simultaneously become an opening for angelic communication.
