Join us for a soulful sendoff to summer with an evening of gentle and deep twists and celebratory toasts! This all-levels yoga workshop will focus on gentle detoxifying twists to help you wring out stress, reset your energy, and transition into a new season feeling grounded, open, and refreshed.
