Welcome to The Craft Coffee Roasting Social Club. This is a space for anyone interested in the science and craft of roasting coffee at home, whether you are just starting out with a simple air popper or you have been refining your profile on a drum roaster for years. We meet up to share what we are currently brewing, troubleshoot roast profiles, and discuss how different origins and processing methods affect the final cup.
Our gatherings are informal and centered around the shared process of learning. We usually spend the evening roasting a few batches together, comparing results, and tasting the coffee once it has rested. If you are curious about the hobby or just want to connect with other local coffee enthusiasts, please feel free to join us.
