About Tony Chow:
Tony has more than 17 years of experience in the media, advertising and communications industry, including 10 years in digital. He started his own boutique production and communication company that specialized in television Advertisement and Productions in 1996.

Over the course of his career, he has produced many award winning TV commercials and Television programs for major clients like McDonalds, Sony, Canon, P&G, Calvin Klein, Levi, StarHub to name a few, as well as for broadcast networks like Discovery Channel, National geographic, BBC, History, AETN, Fox International, NHK Japan, CCTV China and Food Networks USA. He was also the elected President of the Singapore Independent TV Production companies' Association for 7 years , between 2001 to 2007, as well as he co-founded a local media incubator, Digital Media Academy in partnership with Canon, to train budding media talents in 2003, which resulted in him executive produced 3 digital feature films. Following that, Tony went on to helm international content distribution and production- company, Off The Fence’s Asia’s office in Singapore, overseeing the production and distribution of non-fiction TV content in Asia.

Tony is currently an International Media Consultant, and provides both strategic and creative advisory to institutions and media companies. He is a sought after speaker at various international media events and a regular jury member of several international TV and Film awards which include the prestigious International TV Emmy. Tony is also a Member of advisory committee for English language Television and Radio Programme under the Singapore’s Ministry of Communications and Information and the Media Development Authority. He is also a key member of the Media Skills and Training Council with the Singapore’s Workforce Development Agency.
