Des Moines Daily Sketching Sessions: Draw Together

We are getting together for a few hours of quiet, focused drawing at the park. Whether you have been sketching for years or just bought your first sketchbook, this is a space to sit down, disconnect from screens, and get some lines on paper alongside other people who enjoy the process. There is no formal instruction or critique, just a shared commitment to showing up and putting in the work.

We will meet near the main fountain to settle in, share a quick hello, and then spend the session drawing at our own pace. It is a relaxed environment where you can work on whatever project you have going or simply practice your observational skills. If you are looking for a regular reason to keep your hands moving and meet a few local folks who share the habit, we would love to have you join us.
