Mark your calendars for Sunday, June 28th from 12–4 PM at Encinitas Community Park and join us for Eco Fest—a celebration dedicated to helping our community live lighter on the planet and leave a smaller footprint.

So what is The Death Network doing at Eco Fest?

Talking about greener ways of dying, of course.

Stop by our booth and bring all your questions about green burial, sea burial, water cremation, human composting, and even home funerals and death doulas. We'll also be demonstrating the practice of shrouding a body after death—a simple, hands-on way of caring for the dead that was commonplace for our ancestors and is finding its way back into modern death care.

Death is part of life, and it has an environmental impact too. Come learn about the growing movement toward more sustainable end-of-life options.
