The Debate Room – Session 4: Should procreation be regulated?

This session’s topic: Should procreation be regulated?

Becoming a parent is one of the biggest steps in life. Yet almost anyone can become one without proving financial stability, emotional maturity or the ability to provide a safe home.

Should people have to meet certain requirements before becoming parents? Would regulation protect children or simply give the state power over one of our most fundamental freedoms?

How will it work?
• Participants will be randomly assigned into groups
(Debate group A, Debate group B, Jury)
• Each group prepares arguments.
• We debate live.
• Jury gives feedback.
💬 We end with open reflection.
No experience needed. Observers are welcome too.
