Are you tired of the 3:00 AM wake up? If you find yourself wide awake in the middle of the night with a racing mind, you don’t have a sleep problem—you have a biological alert problem. Your brain is stuck in "high alert" (Sympathetic mode), spiking cortisol when it should be producing melatonin. You don't need more "tips"; you need a somatic reset.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: HOW TO GET THE ZOOM LINK To maintain a quiet, focused, and high-value environment, the Zoom link is not posted publicly. To secure your spot:

  1. Register for this event.
  2. Send me a Direct Message (DM) answering: "Do you struggle more with falling asleep, or the dreaded 3 AM wake-up?"
  3. Deadline: DMs must be received at least 24 hours before the workshop so I can tailor the EFT scripts to the group’s needs.

Once I receive your message, I will personally DM you the Zoom invitation.

Join me for a 60-minute evening session designed to "down-train" your nervous system for the night ahead. As a Hypnotherapist and EFT Practitioner, I help you bridge the gap between your racing thoughts and your body's natural ability to rest.

In this session, we cover:

  • The 3 AM Cortisol Spike: Understand the biology of why your brain "wakes you up" to protect you and how to signal that the threat is over.
  • The 'Worry Dump' & EFT: A tactical tool combined with Tapping to "close the tabs" on your mental browser before bed.
  • The Somatic Sleep Induction: A deep, guided hypnotic experience to move your system into the "Rest & Digest" state for an immediate tonight-reset.

The Strategy: EFT acts as the "Firefighter" to handle the immediate crisis of racing thoughts. Hypnotherapy acts as the "Architect" to rebuild your long-term sleep patterns. Together, they create a "Sleep Sanctuary."

Note: As this is an evening session, please attend from a quiet, comfortable space (even your bed) where you can relax deeply after the session.
