MEET OUR GUEST SPEAKER

Andrew Sams is the founder of Alpine Building Performance LLC. He holds a B.S. in Building Science from Appalachian State University and is a NACHI Certified Master Inspector, Certified Commercial Property Inspector and BPI Building Analyst.

His passion for home performance began in 2008. Before founding Alpine Building Performance in 2016, Andrew worked with the largest energy efficiency consulting group in North America. Since then, he has developed curriculum and instructed numerous continuing education courses in green building, energy auditing, and high-performance construction.

Andrew lives in scenic Evergreen, Colorado with his wife and three children. When he's not leading Alpine Building Performance, he’s often working on projects around the house, navigating the adventures of fatherhood, or soaking up the great outdoors. He enjoys mountain biking, hiking, and camping in the Colorado mountains, and loves finding opportunities to travel and explore new places with his family.
