Whether you're a complete beginner or you've been rolling dough for years, there's always something to learn and share. We focus on traditional techniques alongside creative variations, so you might find yourself learning how to hand-roll fettuccine one week and experimenting with flavored doughs the next. The goal is to demystify pasta making and have fun doing it together in a real kitchen setting.
Each meetup is pretty casual. We'll walk through recipes together, share tips that we've picked up, and honestly just enjoy the process of making something delicious with our hands. You'll go home with fresh pasta to cook for dinner and hopefully some new friends who get genuinely excited about food.
