In this class, you’ll learn how to tap into each chakra’s unique gifts, release blocks that hold you back, and recharge your mind body and spirit. Through guided meditations, crystal work, and powerful energy techniques, you’ll leave not only with tools to work with your own chakras, but feeling lighter, brighter and deeply aligned.
