The Engineer Accelerator is a professional training program for engineers who want an entry point in the electrical engineer industry. This program is made up of the Professionalism series and the Hardware Development Process series. The Professionalsim is focused on foundation skills such as time management, communication, and conflict resolution. The Hardware Development Process series is focused on the key skills required to create hardware such as electronic architectures, PCB CAD, Sourcing, BOM management, and testing.
