⚖️ Balanced thinking - our Debate Nights train you to explore both sides of a question and disagree without making anyone wrong. The middle way.

Every Tuesday we meet to debate one big question - the grey areas and trade-offs most conversations skip past. You'll practise expressing opinions with nuance, agreeing and disagreeing naturally, and finding the words for complex ideas.

Last time: would AI replace us within 10 years?
Next week, we might discuss:

- How can we balance respecting other people's perspectives whilst still saying what we really think? Are Europeans too politically correct?

- How can we lead healthier lifestyles? What are the costs of a free health service for the individual? Has unhealthy become cool?

- Are Gen Z losing agency and ambition? What can millenials and Gen X learn from Gen Z? This one was inspired by a special guest - a political scientist from Finland who may join us.

Or bring your own question - we're always open to what you want to debate.

This session is for members, plus anyone I've invited as a special guest - so you might meet someone new each week.

💛 Emotional intelligence - our Week in Review sessions build the words, and the awareness, for what you're actually feeling.

Join our round-up-the-week circle.

We'll start with our usual housekeeping, then each member gets 7 minutes of dedicated time to be heard on how their week has gone, emotionally.

Start by rating your week from 1 to 10 (10 is amazing, 1 is terrible), then take 5 minutes to share, and 2 minutes for feedback, if you'd like it.

While you share, I focus solely on you, and write out corrections for you to review after the session.
For everyone else, it's a chance to practise presence - being fully in the moment - and deep listening.
