About us
We're a laid-back group of people who brew kombucha and want to actually stick with it. Whether you're a seasoned brewer or thinking about starting your first batch, this is a judgment-free space to share what you're working on, troubleshoot problems, and keep each other motivated. Life gets busy and fermentation projects can fall to the wayside, so we meet regularly to check in on our brews and celebrate the wins.
What we do is pretty simple: we gather to talk about what's happening in our fermentation vessels, swap recipes and techniques, help each other figure out why something might have gone sideways with a batch, and just generally nerd out about kombucha. If you've got a batch that's been sitting on your counter for three months, you're welcome here. If you're crushing your brewing schedule, that's great too. We're here to support each other and make sure our kombucha dreams actually happen.
No expertise required, and you don't need to have started brewing yet. Just bring some curiosity and genuine interest in fermented tea. We keep things casual and real, and we're always happy to welcome new people into the collective.
