About us

The Fermented Tea Collective Brewing Circle is a space for anyone interested in the art and science of home-brewed kombucha. Whether you have never touched a SCOBY before or you have been balancing your own brew cycles for years, this is a place to share knowledge, troubleshoot batches, and swap cultures. We focus on the practical side of fermentation, moving beyond the basics to explore flavor profiles, secondary fermentation techniques, and how to keep a healthy starter culture thriving in your own kitchen.

Our meetups are casual, hands-on gatherings where we talk through the brewing process and share what is currently bubbling on our counters. The goal is to demystify the craft and build a local community of brewers who can support each other through the inevitable ups and downs of making tea at home. If you are looking to save a little money, experiment with unique flavors, or just want to learn more about the biology of fermentation, we would love to have you join us at our next circle.
