Club Meeting

About the location.... Nice big room with plenty of space. Bring as much or as little as you want. You can bring computers to display, items to sell/trade/giveaway. There are tables, but it always helps if you have an extra folding table you don't mind bringing along. You're welcome to or not to bring refreshments, only rule is no snacks that lead to crumbs on the floor. We are responsible for cleaning. You can pull your vehicle up and that will put you about fifteen feet from the door to our meeting room. You MAY NOT park on the property, and must immediately find off site parking after unloading. There is ample paid parking surrounding.
There will be luggage carts available to help you move your equipment.
We will attempt to follow our usual agenda: setup time, show & tell station by station with those who brought setups, general discussions, take-down and clean up.

Arrive at Noon to set up, the meeting will start promptly at 1pm! Please plan on helping us clean/straighten up at the end of the meeting.
