We’re here to hang out, laugh, talk about ADHD, and actually support each other—without the stiff seminar vibes.
It’s a mix of deep chats, unfiltered convos, and practical advice from people who actually get it.

📅 When? Wednesday: 18:15 - 19:15Our meetings are getting longer (in a good way!), so we’ll start adding short breaks.
That way, if you need to dip out early, it’s a natural exit point—no awkward goodbyes required.
