JOINING AND SIGNING UP FOR NYC INTERNATIONAL FUTBOL ACTIVITIES AGREEMENT:

I certify that I am 18 years of age or older and that I have no known medical or other conditions that could interfere with my participation in NYC INTERNATIONAL FUTBOL activities. I also understand and accept that the practice of soccer , involves certain risks of physical injury. Therefore I, individually, hereby release and discharge, NYC INTERNATIONAL FUTBOL Organizers and Co-organizers from any and all claims, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses of any kind whatsoever, including but not limited to any claims of negligence, arising out of, resulting from, by reason of, or in connection with my participation in any of NYC INTERNATIONAL FUTBOL programs or activities.

NYC INTERNATIONAL FUTBOL Organizer and its Co-Organizers reserve the right to take and utilize photographs, video, or any type of recording of participating person while engaged in our or associated activities. I consent to NYC INTERNATIONAL FUTBOL use the photograph, video, or recording of me, for advertising, promotional, or related purposes, and waive all rights to compensation and other rights which may arise as a result. 
Disclaimer: With your Meetup RSVP to any NYC International futbol event you hereby agree to this Liability Release and Waiver. In addition, you acknowledge that you are volunteering to play at your own self will and you knowingly assume all such risks related to illness and infectious diseases, such as COVID-19 . Neither NYC International futbol nor organizers are responsible for any injuries or mishaps while partaking in the games. Organizers reserve the right to remove players from the game for being too aggressive, or making hateful, racist remarks.
