The Forge – Men’s Fitness Training (Free Session)

This is a free outdoor training session for men.
We’ll run a structured workout using calisthenics / pull-up bars, endurance work on the track, mobility, and breath work at Aviation Park in Playa Del Rey.
The goal is simple: show up, train hard, and leave better than you arrived.
This is not a bootcamp or a competition. All fitness levels are welcome and every movement is scalable.
Expect to be challenged. Effort and respect are required.
Duration: ~75 minutes
What to bring: Water, athletic shoes, and a willingness to work
We meet twice a month. Consistency matters.
