A lot of men have friends. Coworkers. Golf buddies. Group chats.
Far fewer have men in their lives who actually know what’s going on — men who will challenge them, stand behind them, celebrate with them, and tell them the truth when they need to hear it.
That’s what The Forge is built around.
For one evening, we’re opening a real Forge men’s team meeting to guests.
This isn’t a presentation about The Forge. It’s not a recruiting seminar. And you won’t be sitting on the sidelines watching us. You’ll join us.
You’ll experience how we operate, participate alongside the men, challenge yourself, probably laugh more than you expect, and get a sense of what it’s like to have a team of men committed to one another’s success.
What this is:
A real men’s team meeting — not a seminar staged for visitors.
Structured, led, and on time. Two hours, run tightly.
Confidential. What's said in the room stays in the room, and every man agrees to that before we begin.
Direct. Men in this circle tell the truth and expect it back.
Participatory. Everyone in the room is part of the evening.
What this isn’t:
Not therapy. Not coaching. Not a support group. Not a networking event.
Not a lecture on masculinity.
Not two hours of men sitting around talking about their feelings.
Not a place to spectate. All men participate.
Who this is for:
Men who want more from themselves and stronger relationships with other men who hold a high standard. You don’t need to have anything figured out. You don’t need to be in crisis. And you don’t need to know anyone in The Forge.
Show up on time. Keep your word. Be willing to participate. Tell the truth.
ABOUT THE FORGE
The Stronghold is a team of men across NJ and beyond committed to succeeding in every area of life — purpose, family, health, money, and brotherhood.
We meet weekly. We hold each other accountable. We challenge each other because we respect each other. And when one of our men needs his team, we show up. Periodically, we open a meeting to guests.
This is one of those nights.
HOW TO ATTEND
This event is by invitation, and your RSVP is the first step.
When you RSVP, we’ll ask you a few short questions about yourself and what has you interested in attending. A Stronghold man will then reach out for a brief phone conversation before the event. Once you’ve connected, you’ll receive the location details and your spot will be confirmed.
Why the call?
Because this is a confidential men’s meeting, not a public seminar. We want to know who’s walking into the room — and we want you to know what you’re walking into. It takes about ten minutes.
