This 2-hour silent retreat is an intentional pause in the middle of the workday—designed for professionals, creatives, and founders who need space to reset their nervous system, deepen clarity, and reconnect with presence.
We’ll gather in a calm, minimalist space for guided silence, breathwork, and gentle somatic grounding. No phones. No talking. No expectations.
You are welcome to sit, lie down, journal, meditate, or simply be.
