An NSCA Certified Personal Trainer with more than 15 years of experience teaching Kung Fu will lead you through a variety of drills and introduce you to a whole host of Shaolin weapons! A perfect complement to your martial arts practice or to your own fitness routine.

You do not have to attend our Kung Fu and Fitness classes to join, and your first lesson is free!

All you'll need is a yoga mat and some water--we'll for provide the rest. Parking is free along Boush Street on Sunday (there are meters along the street, but there is no charge). You will find us in Town Point Park, near Nauticus.
