Our Tactical Self-Defense program focuses on practical, easy-to-learn techniques designed to help you protect yourself in real-world situations โ€” with or without weapons โ€” while prioritizing safety, awareness, and control.

This training is suitable for beginners and adaptable to all fitness levels and we offer classes for both kids (>4 years old) and adults (>12 years old). Classes are led by Sir Y, who holds a 2nd degree black belt in Kwan Nyom Hapkido and a Bo black belt in Tae Kwon Do.
