Format
1st part — Participant introductions
Share your first name, location, current level or goal, whether you’ve taken a class or attended an event before, and a few words about your French journey. Each participant has up to 2 minutes (a gentle stop at 2 minutes and a half).
2nd part — Summer 2026 Information Session
Overview of A1–B2 calendars, formats, pricing, placement, and enrolment steps.
We will also cover:
• Upcoming French immersion programs in Canada & France
• The A1-B2 courses and the community platform (frenchclub.net)

About The French Club
Hi. Welcome. I’m François Normandeau, founder of The French Club.
The French Club is a global French-learning community focused on real, practical fluency. Founded in September 2024, it has grown into 22 international Meetup chapters across North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia, with 9,000+ members and a structured curriculum built in-house (200 modules, from A1 to B2, about 4,000 pages).

Once you’re in, begin with Module 1 right away.
The goal is momentum, not perfection.
Here on Meetup, you’ll find our FREE live events including the full 10-week A1 and A2 courses, A1 and A2 conversation practice, A1 and A2 homework sessions, student-led events, and occasional special sessions with partner companies.
