Let's gather around pizza to talk about sex, and how our society is structured around it. We'll discuss the functions that sex serves for us, the internal drives we feel about it, and its consequences. And how all these factors make it have the role it has in society, from being a taboo in certain situations to being one of the fundamental elements of relationships and families. We'll also discuss how its role in society has changed throughout history, and the impact of contraception and other innovations. Also how its role changes throughout the life of an individual, and the role of sex education in this evolution.
This can be a sensitive topic, so I'll moderate the discussion a bit more closely than usual. Contact me if there are any specific topics that would make you uncomfortable.
