The Friendly Sketching Social Mixer Group is a place for anyone who enjoys putting pencil to paper, regardless of their skill level. Whether you are a seasoned artist or someone who hasn't picked up a sketchbook since school, you are welcome here. Our goal is to balance creative practice with genuine conversation, so we focus as much on meeting new people as we do on the act of drawing itself.
We meet in relaxed settings like cafes, parks, or quiet public spaces to spend time sketching together and getting to know one another. There is no pressure to produce a masterpiece; it is really just an excuse to step away from our screens, share some sketches, and enjoy the company of fellow local creatives.
