Hebden Ghyll & Capplestone Gate

A pleasant route starting along the riverside from Burnsall, before ascending along the pleasant Hebden Ghyll to Yarnbury, then following moorland paths and tracks via Capplestone Gate to finish in Kettlewell.

10.5 miles - Moderate / Strenuous - (Explanation of gradings). Please note this is a one way walk, please see the information below for access by public transport or let us know if you need a hand.

Out: Catch bus 874 bus from Wetherby (0835) Leeds (0910), Otley (0950) Ilkley (1020) connection from Bradford on 864; arrive Burnsall (1050)

Return: on 874 from Kettlewell, depart (1635) to Ilkley,
Otley and Leeds and Wetherby. (connects to 864 at Ilkley (1750) for Bradford).
