Pateley Bridge - Brimham Rocks circular

This is a fabulous walk and was voted as one of Britain’s top 100 favourites in a poll carried out by the Ordnance Survey. The walk from the river Nidd up to Brimham Rocks is moderate/strenuous and there will be a brief opportunity to climb up some of the rocks if desired. Return is via a Llama farm and Tiplady Farm with a water wheel, gypsy caravan and other features, descending into Pateley Bridge along the famous Panorama Walk. The expected finish time is around 1600 just in time for a pint / ice cream / coffee.

Out: Catch bus 821 from Keighley (0925), Shipley (0950) connecting with 820 from Bradford Interchange, Otley (1020) Pateley Bridge King Street (1110) OR the 822 from York (0930), Ripon (1030) OR the 24 from Harrogate bus station (1015).
Return is via the 821 (1630) to Otley (1715) Shipley (1742) connects to 820 to Bradford (1822,) to Keighley OR the 822 to Ripon (1703) and York, OR the 24 to Harrogate (1719).
