The Future of Content community invites you to our 3rd in-person event about Global or Local? Strategies for Content Personalization. We have five incredible speakers from diverse backgrounds who will share their collective take on personalization and its future.
We will start with a moderated panel discussion around various topics to consider around hyperpersonalization, from their own experiences, successful strategies to legal constraints and ethical bounds. Following the panel discussion, we will have an open Q&A session where you can bring forth your questions to one or more of the panelists and contribute to the discussion.
As always, we will end the evening with some great food and drinks and interesting one-on-one conversations and networking.

Hassan is a dynamic leader currently rocking the role of Global Product Director at Just Eat Takeaway. Before diving into the food delivery world, he honed his skills at KLM and Schiphol, where he developed a passion for operational excellence and customer service. Known for his love of innovation and craftsmanship, Hassan is always on the lookout for ways to push boundaries and create amazing experiences.
When he’s not busy shaping the future of food delivery, you can find him enjoying a good cup of coffee or indulging in some classic Nintendo games.
About Rafaela Ellensburg
Rafaela Ellensburg is a Content Engineering Consultant with over a decade of experience in e-commerce management, omnichannel content coordination, and data-driven content strategy. As the founder of content engineering at Albert Heijn, Rafaëla blends digital, data, and tech to create scalable content structures that enable personalized customer experiences. Her growing expertise in metadata, domain modeling, and ‘Content as Linked Data’ has established her as a thought leader in digital experience optimization. Her mission aligns perfectly with the future of content personalization, as she strives to enable relevant, omnichannel customer experiences in an operationally scalable way, orchestrating how businesses engage with their customers across multiple channels.
About Vincent Roussilhon
Vincent has been working in Product for the last 20 years, starting in the San Francisco bay area and later in Europe. He has learned and practiced that craft in startups, scale ups and big corporations while exploring both B2C and B2B aspects. Today he oversees the Personalization work within Ingka, part of the IKEA group.
About Katherine Bustos Rodas
Katherine explores where profit meets principle, drawing on her journey from business and tech leadership to a doctorate in ethics.
She worked in tech for 8+ years in various roles within the software development process, her last one being head of technology for felyx.
