A Walk with Happee Hearts [Volunteering event]

Dear Kind Souls !

Not sure if you know….

The Get Better Together Group has been organising walks with a movement called “Happee Hearts Movement”

Happee Hearts reach out to people with intellectual disabilities and their families, the collaboration is to hope to bring them out for walks on a regularly basis (monthly for now) and also to create a community for their families to get to each other better.

This is our 5th walk and we have doubled the numbers of families so we do need volunteers to help us ensure the safety of the patients during the walk and to engage the families. (They are very open to share)

If anyone is available (refer to event details). I would like to invite you to join me for the walk as volunteers for a good cause. At the same time, giving yourself a chance to know more about people with intellectual disabilities.
