About us
Welcome to The Global Geocaching Social Crew. This group is for anyone who enjoys the hunt, whether you are a long-time veteran with thousands of finds or someone who just downloaded the app yesterday. We started this group because while geocaching is a great solo hobby, it is often much more fun to head out into the woods or navigate urban corners with a few friends who understand the thrill of spotting a clever hide.
Our goal is to organize casual meetups where we can swap stories about our favorite caches, help each other out with those tricky puzzles, and hit the trails together to clear out some local geocaches. We keep things low-pressure and friendly, focusing on the social side of the game rather than intense competition. If you are looking for a group of people to join on a weekend excursion or just want to grab a coffee and talk shop, we would love to have you join our crew.
