About us
Be the dad your kids come to because they want to, not because they have to.
The Go-To Dad Club is a free community for dads who want to stay close to their kids as they grow up. We meet in person around the GTA and online over Zoom for real conversations about building trust, staying connected, and balancing fatherhood with work and life.
Remember when your kid couldn't wait to tell you about their day? When they wanted you to play, had a million questions, or came straight to you whenever something happened?
As our kids grow, things change. They become more independent, develop their own interests, and start building a world beyond us.
But growing up doesn't have to mean growing apart.
We're a community of working dads, busy dads, married dads, separated dads, and single dads who believe that being a father is about more than providing, managing schedules, and getting through the day.
We want to be the dads our kids trust, enjoy spending time with, and choose to turn to when something matters.
What Can You Expect?
- Casual meetups and genuine conversations with other dads, in person and on Zoom.
- Practical ideas for building trust and stronger relationships with our kids.
- Discussions about the challenges of balancing fatherhood, work, and life.
- Opportunities to learn from each other's experiences.
- A supportive community of fathers who share similar goals.
Whether your kids are just starting school or entering their teenage years, you're welcome here.
You don't need to have all the answers. You don't need to be a perfect dad. Just someone who wants to make the most of the relationship you have with your kids.
Because the goal isn't just to be there for our kids. It's to build the kind of relationship where they want us there.
About The Organizer
The Go-To Dad Club is organized by Rommel Corral, a dad and the founder of NLP Dynamo, a company focused on personal development, training, and coaching.
Our Meetup gatherings focus on genuine community, meaningful conversations, and shared learning.
Some topics may overlap with our professional work. Any event that includes a separate commercial offering will clearly identify it in advance. Participation in paid programs is never required to be part of this community.
