Good morning and welcome to the Gratitude Huddle!
We’ll meet for 15 minutes to begin the day with calm presence and appreciation.
Here’s the flow:
– We open with a simple “Good morning” and a brief check-in.
– We go through two rounds of gratitude and one round of something that raises the feeling of awe:
Each person shares one thing they’re grateful for/feel awe in each round.
After each share, we pause for 5 seconds in silence—to honor what was spoken.
– If anyone feels like sharing something they’re looking forward to in the day, this is the moment.
– We close by unmuting to wish each other a good day.
No pressure. No performance. Just presence.
You can keep your camera off or on—whatever feels right for you.
