What we’re about

Take a time out for intentional, supported movement through your recovery from a loss. Whether from a death, divorce, loss of friendship, a job or a home, none of us are immune to the transitional feelings of loss.

This is an actively engaging event, not a lecture or a discussion group. You will have the opportunity to enlist willing companions to witness or collaborate in your grief process, or to do that work on your own, in a beautifully prepared space for healing and transformation.

We will co-create a group container for our work and share our intentions for the time. You will then move into designated spaces for the energy you feel called to work in, including denial, anger, bargaining, sadness, and acceptance. We will then gather to harvest our experience and growth, to offer blessings to those who helped us or to those we witnessed.

All feelings and expressions are welcome in this space. You might experience or witness: play and distraction; yelling, tearing and burning; processing and reframing; tears and silence; joy, peace and laughter.

Join us to work through your own grief, or to support others in theirs. You may find that helping others move through their hurt is a gift in itself that helps move you through yours.
