About us
The Happiness Haven is a playful, heart-centered community for people seeking joy, connection, and meaning in everyday life.
Our goal is to create a safe, welcoming space to explore gratitude, laughter, reflection, and mindful presence with just the right mix of sacred and silly.
We’re looking to gather kind humans, spiritual misfits, deep feelers, joy-seekers, and anyone who believes happiness is something we create together, not chase alone.
At our events, you can expect things like gratitude rituals, reflective prompts, laughter yoga, gentle community conversations, and the occasional sparkly celebration of life’s small magic. We don’t take ourselves too seriously, but we take belonging, purpose, and joy very seriously.
Come as you are. Bring your curiosity. And maybe a glitter pen.

Haven Gratitude Gathering - May 2026
·OnlineOnlineJoin us for the 🌟 Happiness Haven Gratitude Gathering 🌟, a heartwarming space to reflect, connect, and celebrate life’s joys together.
May Gathering: Awakening Curiosity & Letting Questions Lead
Curiosity is a form of connection. To ourselves. To each other. To the world. This gathering invites us to treat questions as sacred companions rather than problems to solve. Through storytelling, shared inquiry, and reflection, we explore how curiosity keeps us open, engaged, and human, especially when certainty feels tempting. You do not need answers to belong here. Your wondering (and wandering!) is enough. How to Join the Gathering:
Happiness Haven Gratitude Gatherings are hosted online to create as much accessibility as possible.Registered participants will receive a Zoom link before the event. (Once you RSVP here on Meetup, the Zoom information will be available!).
What to Expect:
💛 Guided gratitude reflections
💬 Meaningful conversations & community connection
🎉 Moments of laughter, play, and shared joy
🌿 A welcoming space to pause, recharge, and realignHappiness isn’t something we chase, it’s a haven we create together. Come as you are, leave uplifted. 💛

Pagan & Earth-Centered Religions 4th Wednesdays @ UUCCHC
UUCCHC, 95 N Jefferson Street, Danville, IN, USWho We Are
We’re an eclectic circle of seekers, practitioners, and the spiritually curious. Some of us have years of experience. Some are just beginning to ask bigger questions. All are welcome, and all ages are welcome. We are one of many inclusive programs offered to members and the community alike by Unitarian Universalist Community Church of Hendricks County. What we share isn’t a single belief system. It’s a shared curiosity, a respect for the earth, and a desire to support one another in exploring our own spiritual paths without pressure or pretense.
You won’t find rigid doctrine here, or arguments or debate over spirituality or theology. You will find thoughtful conversation, seasonal reflection, occasional ritual, and space to show up exactly as you are.
And yes, sometimes that means a little chaos. The good kind. What We’re Building Together
Right now, our energy is focused on something tangible and rooted, literally. We’re creating a small, community-centered garden in Danville. It’s designed as a free resource, but more importantly, as a living invitation. A way to turn unused lawn into connection, nourishment, and shared care.
It may be small in size. It is not small in intention. We’re also working on:
- Crafting a shared altar space at UUCCHC
- Building a lending library of pagan and earth-centered books
- Creating opportunities for hands-on, heart-centered community projects
What to expect when you join us
We meet the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month. Each gathering is a little different because the group helps shape the experience. But you can expect a mix of:- Conversation and reflection
- Seasonal or earth-honoring themes
- Light ritual or intentional practices
- Planning and contributing to community projects
- A genuinely welcoming, come-as-you-are atmosphere
No prior experience is needed. No specific path required.
Just bring your curiosity, your perspective, and maybe a willingness to get a little dirt under your fingernails now and then.If you’ve been looking for a space that feels a little more grounded, a little more real, and a lot more human… this might be it.
Come grow something with us.Note #1: We also have a Discord so we can stay connected between meetings. Ask us about it when you attend a gathering!
Note #2: Our long-term vision is to become a formal CUUPS chapter, but for now, we're simply a small group of humans building something amazing together.
