# Laughter Yoga and Sound Bath Relaxation Evening
### Experience a joyful reset that helps your mind unwind and your body soften.
If you have been wanting a moment to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself, this evening is designed to help you feel lighter the moment you arrive. Laughter Yoga uses simple breath-based practices and playful laughter to help your nervous system release stress. The guided sound bath at the end invites your whole body into a calm state where ease becomes possible again.
You do not need to know anything about yoga. You do not need to be flexible or coordinated. If you can breathe, you can join in fully. This is a welcoming, gentle experience for every body and every level of comfort.
### What you can expect
Enter a warm and friendly space where people gather for stress relief, connection, and joyful community. As the energy in the room builds, you may notice your body settling, your thoughts slowing, and your breath getting easier. Many people describe the combination of laughter and relaxation as a soft mental reset that carries into the rest of the week.
### What to bring
- A yoga mat if you have one. We also have loaners.
- A blanket, pillow, or comfort item to help you sink into the relaxation portion.
- Your curiosity, your breath, and your willingness to feel lighter than when you walked in.
