Laughter & Healing: Stand-up Comedy Night

Join us for a unique and engaging evening of comedy and meditation, specially curated for our Healing Art Exploration group. This event will combine the laughter of stand-up comedy with the serenity of meditation, offering a harmonious blend of entertainment and self-care. Through this experience, we aim to provide a safe space for introspection and healing, where you can explore different aspects of your being through humor and mindfulness.

Our gathering will include activities such as guided meditations, interactive games, and discussions on topics like spiritual healing and living with disabilities. Whether you're a veteran coping with PTSD, someone interested in space exploration, extraterrestrial experiences and chakras, or simply seeking a sense of community and wellbeing, all are welcome to come and connect with like-minded individuals in a supportive environment. Let's come together to laugh, learn, and heal as we navigate this journey of self-discovery and exploration. Our meetings will take place once a month every second Sunday at 7:00.
