What the Buddha Taught: A Journey Through the Wheel of Life

Details
The Wheel of Life, or Bhavachakra, is one of the most powerful visual teachings in Buddhism. In this five-week course, we will explore the layers of the Wheel from the inside out, uncovering how confusion arises, maintains itself, and how that confusion—when met with precision and tenderness—becomes the seed of wakefulness.
Drawing from classic Buddhist psychology and contemplative practice, each class will offer both a Dharma talk as well as an experiential practice. We’ll learn how samsara works—not just as a theory, but as something we live and can transform.
Whether you're new to Buddhism or deepening your practice, this course offers a practical and profound guide to karma, rebirth, and liberation. Each session builds on the last, helping us not just to understand the Wheel—but how we might step off it.
This class is offered in both in-person and online (hybrid) formats. No prior experience in Buddhism or meditation is required.
