Clinton Nature Preserve

About The Trail:
This 200-acre park features a lake, nature trails, picnic shelters, and a pre-Civil War residence. There are over 30 miles of trails here, some along a nice creek, some though dense woods, and some over granite like you would see at Arabia Mountain. While this park may be ten or more minutes further that what you prefer, it is well worth the trip.

About The Hike:
Distance = Our normal 8-10 miles
Time = Budget ~3 hours
Skill Rating = Easy (not much elevation, but we'll do a quick pace)
Pace = ~3 miles per hour
Special Equipment = Hiking boots or the equivalent (suggested), hiking poles (optional)
Food: Please bring water and lunch/snacks
Kids/Pets = No pets please, but children that can keep the posted pace are encouraged to attend

Meeting Point/Directions:
Please meet at the parking lot off of Ephesus Church Road.

And Don't Forget:
We'll go to a local restaurant or brewery after the hike.
