"A Holy Shift" is a spiritual growth, personal growth & self-development Meet-Up Group focused on discussions, topics, goals, and areas of life that we all "Go Through & Grow Through" in life...through life...with life where we are seeking to overcome, learn and grow from in order to take our life to the next level!

If you are a follower of the "Law of Attraction" & believe that "Everything Happens for a Reason", along with understand and work on the fact that "Our Thoughts Create Our Reality" based on "What You Think about You Bring About"...then this meeting is definitely for you!

• Our weekly meeting consists of connecting those of like-minded, heart focused, giving & receiving individuals of spiritual growth & self-development the opportunity to connect, reflect, learn and grow on this path we call Life.

• Here we have a weekly meeting with a focus and group discussion on on health, eating habits, dietary recommendations, stories based on our own experiences and necessary changes we had to take to live a healthier life and the steps we took to grow in life overall.

• For those interest during the the meeting, we have an optional weekly goal check-in for Community Accountability.

• This meeting time consists of weekly check-ins, updates, short-stories and topic discussions. During this time period An "open mic" segment where anyone can share feelings, poetry, singing, music and more as well.

• Snacks and drinks will be provided and/or feel free to bring some as well if you'd like.

• Offer an unconditional, accepting, safe space for "Spiritual Warriors" to merge journeys, connect with community, transmute the past and become the best versions of themselves!!
