This is a casual meetup co-hosted by Ian Jimeno and TJ Tassone. Ian is an experienced house hacker and investor friendly agent working with The FI Team and eXp Realty. TJ is the broker owner of Tayton Capital, a brokerage helping consumers realize their capacity for wealth creation through the use of real estate and financial leverage.

Al is a former special operations Soldier with experience in househacking, new home and remodel construction, residential plumbing, and Distribution Networks and Logistics Planning.
