What we’re about
The Human Prototype Lab is a biweekly space for all adult humans. It's about optimizing the human experience—our minds, habits, emotions, and connections. Nothing is final. You version yourself—1.0, 1.1, 2.0. A prototype isn't meant to be perfect; it's meant to be learned from. This directly fosters psychological safety. This is a great space for people who are genuinely more excited about discovery and learning about themselves than to define a specific or perfect image. Contrary to loose scientific terms, this is not a space for scientific testing of wearable tech. This is about human change, capability, and ever-shifting confidence.

See all- Through the Mountain: Exploring Self-made ObstaclesLink visible for attendees
Go through the mountain, not over it. For going over the mountain is another form of avoidance. You will miss the inner workings of your past - the experiences used to build the obstacles in your way. Go through the mountain to get through the muck, uncover some gems, and embrace out is through.
In this initial session, we will dive into a few concepts/practices from:
- The Mountain Is You by Brianna Wiest
- Not A Life Coach by James Smith
Just bring yourself - your voice, truths and experience.

Creative time is necessary for our well-being. Scholars, researchers, and creative types from across the globe, all tell of improving one's mental well-being through creative practices. In this session, we will discuss ways in which each of us take time to be creative and how it improves the daily life - interactions, routines, and commitments. It's not easy to make time for ourselves, especially for art, and yet our well-being requires it.
