Exotica (1994)

One of the finest films of the 1990s, Atom Egoyan’s Exotica is a taut, impeccably paced personal drama that parcels out its story with measured brilliance. And is a classically Canadian piece, in that it’s a north American film with a distinctly European feel to it.
